The web reaches 100 million sites late this October. Netcraft, an Internet monitoring company, reports based on the domain name system. More of this news here

In the past few years, it must be the blogging world that contributed much to the boom of websites. No wonder. It made web publishing very easy (with little knowledge required) by bringing it to non-developers and non-profitting individuals. More importantly, blogging made it more personal. You don’t exactly need a reason nor a theme nor a subject to publish. It can be about anything. (If you don’t believe me, just examine this blog! :D)
